QUANTO SOLFITO CI METTI?

Zero.

HOW MUCH SULFUR DO YOU USE?
None.
Some of the wines I tasted in VILLA FAVORITA 2012 two weeks ago didn’t contain neither sulfur nor yeast. An incredible location. A young catering. The atmosphere… well, you can imagine! Wine makers are wine drinkers. And who drinks wine have these beautiful smiles.
Two gallant guys replaced many times the two spittoons for each table, which multiplied for 140 producers (from all over Europe) makes a number.
Me and Luca, dealing connoisseurs of all nationalities with the inexperience and disbelief of the newcomer. The other producers, with many wine fairs and many years as vigneron behind, welcoming us from the heart and teaching how to recognize flavors of wines sharing friendly some tastes of each other products.
Very often the taste had the softness of the wood in which they have been aged, but some other times, even more, the TERROIR was predominant.
Back to the smiles: one of the aspects that more impressed me in this fantastic figure (a film character!), Manuel Valenzuela.
His grapes grow up near Granada, at 1400 meters above sea level, still affecting by the current of the sea. With the flavour of red stone, structure of his ground. Incredible.

The wine I drank thus far in my life, what was it?
